Navel Center and Elimination – Future of Fitness

A deep truth that I can come home to is this: Life is better when I have a practice. Life is but a dream, and I need to have a way to know whether or not i'm in the dream world or the real world - the dream world being the world where everybody else is telling me who I am, where i'm going, and what I should be doing. My practice allows me to create the world that I want to be in. On the moon days, the water element is more available to refresh my energetic systems. Its important to know what is real.

Healing the stomach - We will install a pattern into the stomach using certain pressure points and meridians in the elbow to allow assimilation and digestion in a dynamic and adaptogenic pace. A favorite set of mine that acts as a moving meditation culminating to a heart centered chant of the classic version of "Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur."  Please enjoy!
