This is a special class and is wonderful for beginners. It was given leading up to Summer Solstice. It is one of the most powerful days of the year. In the Kundalini lineage, we understand that we can use solar energy to make major shifts in our vitality, creativity, and prosperity. Set the intention to really cultivate it in this class.

When you breathe deeper, you allow other people you interact with to breathe deeper. This is a profound yogic science principle. Use this technique in a practical way every day. Breathing ahead of time (before you enter a place) means that you alter the entire quantum field as well.

Gain a different perspective on happiness as you tune into the teaching in this session. It is in our innate makeup as human beings. It is biological and we are wired this way. The goal of this yogic practice is to take some things off of you that may be blocking you from your original state. This is the state of innocence. That doesn’t mean it is going to be easy. With the kundalini technology, the postures are meant to challenge your mental and emotional bodies. It comes up so you can clear it. This is the deep fatigue and stress that keeps you from plugging into your most innocent and open state of contentment. No matter what happens in your life, it is a life well lived. This is an invitation to use yogic science and generate the energy it takes to have dignity and grace no matter what is happening in your life.

The executive mind is one of several mind-streams. You must create the pattern of a successful person. It’s a body language. Boss is a physical presence. When someone walks in a room who is fulfilled and has true success, it is apparent in their body language. This is very different than cockiness. Success in the body is a language of, “not only am I successful but hanging around me is going to make you more successful.” It’s not a vibration of entitlement or privilege.
The meditation in this class will help you alleviate brain fatigue. It also works as a filtration system for your body in environments where the air quality is poor. It will clear your mind. One of the commodities of this era is a clear mind. Everyone is so foggy, fatigued and distracted. Clarity is lost.
There is a heavy mind control in our culture that spirit must mean poor. One of the yogic definitions of prosperity is when you or your efforts can support 25 other families. It’s a great guidepost. If you are truly doing something, then how many other families do you help? You can’t help anyone if you’re poverty minded above the money. If all you can do all day is think about yourself, it’s a very impoverished mindset.
The mediation in this class is a money manifestation scheme. It is a reminder that the way we have been taught to deal with money and value is off. It’s a permutation combination that puts into you the concept that you are enough, and you are creatively fulfilled enough to help others.

Emotions are very important to observe because they tell you where things are off, where you need to think differently and how things need to change.

We are normal people and that doesn’t mean pretending not to be human. You should have feelings. There are so many weirdo Piscean spiritual clichés still out there, like that you should be passive or not stand up for yourself or not have feelings. You should have feelings, they show you more about how to follow through on your conscious desires.

We’re not taught emotional intelligence or maturity, so in today’s culture whoever has the louder emotions wins because we’re really not equipped to deal with anybody’s emotions, including our own. This is why “I statements” and taking ownership of yourself is so important, as well as classroom yogic techniques like letting kids take a minute to breathe if they get upset so people can learn emotional regulation from day one.

Yoga and meditation help you process stuck emotions in the body, mind and psyche, and help you command your thoughts so you have more of a handle on your emotions in the first place.
