Continuing our 10 Body Series with the 9th Body of Light, the Subtle Body. The 9th body is our ability to see the unseen and know the unknown and cultivate our sensitivity to the subtleties around us.

A special All Hallow’s Eve workshop, a time when the veils between the seen and the unseen are the thinnest. There are two tracks in life: fate or destiny. Fate is when we move through the subconscious programming and life happens to us. Destiny is when we clear the subconscious landscape so we can plant the seeds of our dreams.

Use this simple set of exercises to tune yourself up and prepare for meditation. They work on the spine systematically and aid in the circulation of prana to balance the chakras.
