That is why we practice Kundalini yoga – so you can rise to the challenge of the Aquarian age and unleash that radiant part of yourself, your creativity, your intelligence. This class is a standardized 2020 practice that can be practiced daily: the intelligence meditation creates a foundation, followed by some Kundalini yoga basics to remove blockages, wipe off the dust and reveal the most brilliant parts of yourself. Combined with a heart-opening kriya, this class puts you into the right vibration to pull your desires from the subconscious into the conscious realm.

As you go into deeper your dharma you have to develop your grit. Meditative accomplishments can transfer lifetimes. When you go inside the sound current, “Wahe Guru,” you can change the organization and pattern of the elementary personality, the conditioned personality, and the pattern of the psyche regarding both suffering and enlightenment. Reciting the Wahe Guru mantra can bring you to a higher state of vibration to rise above the neuroses and gain higher nourishment for the mind.

The window of this cosmological time during the winter solstice is very wide, and those of us are here to do something on the planet, what we do at times like this, is we put prayer, good will, intentions, creativity.
