Class Description
This potent session brings together two powerful practices for deep self-mastery and inner steadiness.
The class opens with a sequence designed to help you command your life with clarity, balance, and strength - harmonizes breathwork and movement to align mind and body, empowering you to cultivate self-mastery and act from the center of your being. Through a series of dynamic postures and focused breath, you’ll build resilience and the ability to remain steady in all circumstances.
The second half of class is dedicated to a transformative 31-minute pranayam for patience. You’ll use a hugging mudra, placing your hands under your armpits against the ribs, and practice a long, slow inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. This breathwork anchors you in the present, dissolves restlessness, and expands your capacity for patience and self-acceptance.
The session concludes with a short, heartfelt chanting of “Ra Ma Da Sa,” sending you into the profound embrace of the universe. The combination of kriya, pranayam, and mantra creates a field of deep healing and renewal, leaving you grounded, clear, and open to life’s possibilities.
