Class Description

On the 10th Day of the Moon, continuing to explore the mantra, Sat Nam. The key to the lock is the feeling of the movement of the sound inside of you. The sound unlocks the solar and lunar energy of Sat and Nam. Experience the sound through Sat Kriya and work with the "mother point," the navel as the activation point.

The sound of "Sat" is the force of an ocean wave. "Nam" is the quick pull back.  The power is in the "Sat" -- the earthly and planetary pull. Listen to your own sound current.

Open up the atomic bomb of the foundational sound current, SAT NAM.

The yoga set gives you power to call on the universal creator force and streams of energy come through and open space. Fill the space with the sound current and move through blocks.
