You have to think of pacing yourself as a spiritual practitioner. Think of yourself as an athlete needing to regulate the ten-body system in order to show up for your spiritual progression.
The middle way is not cultivated in the West— we’re either doing too much or too little. We’re great at polarity. The middle way is a much more self-disciplined space to hold which requires lots of energy. To keep up with all of the pressures of life, you have to have a short list of things you know will comfort the system so you can continue to show up. It’s not a deprivation or an indulgence.
Here are some of the things for your toolbox: getting in water to cleanse the aura, physical kundalini yoga, physical exercise or walking five miles a day, eating right to ground yourself, and getting proper sleep. Watching TV is helpful too when you use it as a tool to relieve the pressure of the psyche.
Everything that is in front of you is the most important thing for you to be doing! You are in the right place wherever you are — use this as a constant thought. It’s a powerful thought that starts to expand your psyche of the golden shield, which is a part of the radiant body. It puts you in places that will exalt you. Your radiant body is drawing you into the environment and circumstances that are exalting your incarnation.
