In this beautiful ceremony, we will explore tools to bring us to connect with our 4 bodies, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The 4 directions: East, North, West, South. The 4 elements: Fire, Water, Air, Earth. Our intention is to create a permanent connection with a peaceful mindset.
