The Eleven Yogic Arts of Creative Living – The Art of Deliverance
With Guest Remington Donovan
Raghubir teaches a class that includes three practices that she has found to enhance the Deliverance stage of Creativity. Special Guest Remington Donovan starts the class off by sharing his New Moon in Pisces downloads. What you deliver is who you are, yet many people don't take their projects all the way.
These three practices connect you to your highest creative state and will give you the strength, the drive and the follow-through to bring your projects to the world. This class celebrates the release of her book, The Eleven Yogic Arts of Creativity.
Invoking Our Angelic Nature with Raghubir
In Kundalini Yoga, we talk about three qualities of the mind, the gunas that exist in all of us. These are the angel, the human and the animal. When you act as an angel, you live from intuition and with your infinite nature. Acting as an animal, you are impulsive and aggressive. As a human, you act emotionally. Yogi Bhajan said "the rule of life is very simple; each day increase the angel in you and decrease the animal in you. In this class, the emphasis is on increasing your angelic or sattvic nature by stimulating the flow of your inner energies and realigning their patterns.
Creativity Hacks: Part I
In the pursuit of Creativity, there are many shortcuts we can practice. In this class, we will cover three of them. One is to stimulate the 7th rib, the seat of all creativity. Two, is to develop the relationship with our soul and the sensitivity to know who we really are. Three is to get out of our own way; Yogi Bhajan said that WE were the enemies of our own creativity.
Invoking the Guardian of Health
The Guardian of Health refers to the glandular system and in particular, the pituitary gland. While working on our blood chemistry for optimum health and emotional stability, we also optimize our intuitive capacity. The meditation focuses on stimulating the pituitary which helps us, through higher consciousness, to let go of ego attachment. Without ego attachment, there is no doubt. Doubt robs us of energy and brings inner conflict and outer confusion."When your ego works, intuition doesn't; when your intuition works, ego doesn't". - Yogi Bhajan, 1991
Melt All That Does Not Serve You: Part I with Raghubir
Why do we keep old habits that drain our strength, hang around with friends that stress us out, and engage in activities that cause us emotional or physical pain? Chances are that some behaviors that have been around since childhood served a purpose in the past, but no longer support our growth and expansion. With Kundalini yoga and meditation, we can melt away physical blockages and negative vibes. Then it's up to us to make choices that produce energy, not stress.
Flow with Raghubir
All happiness, prosperity, love, success, contentment is based on one thing...whether you flow or not. When our egos get in the way, the flow slows, gets diverted or stops. And that is what makes you unhappy, unfulfilled, discontent and unhealthy. This class will remove thought patterns that impede the flow; opening the heart to give you access to unimaginable joy and creativity. "As long as the mind is dark and does not let the light of the soul shine in your life, you will never have the joy and success that is your birthright as a human."-Yogi Bhajan
Strengthening the Immune System with Raghubir
The Immune system gets compromised when we are under stress or are not processing our emotions effectively. Anger in itself is not destructive, but not being in control of it can be. "It is self control which matters in Life". - Yogi Bhajan
In order to maintain our physical health and emotional stability, we need a strong immune system and visa versa.

Ten Bodies of Creativity Series with Raghubir: The Subtle Body
The Subtle Body gives us a powerful sensitivity so that what we create and how we communicate has no boundary and no limit. By utilizing the relationship between the ninth body (subtle body) and the spiritual body, you can have direct access to higher consciousness, truth and more effective self-expression; practicing any of the creative arts puts you nearer to the soul. Part nine of a ten-part series.
The Ten Bodies of Creativity with Raghubir – The Soul Body
Think of your Soul Body as your inner self and your very best friend. It's also your intuitive, creative, happy, infinite and compassionate self. So if your soul body is not in balance, you'll feel it right away. As a creative person, you'll feel out of sorts, at a loss for what to do, you might lack inspiration or ideas or feel blocked. Creatives must keep connected to the first body because it is the source of the Creative Flow. If you are creatively blocked, the soul body will get you hooked up!
"Creativity is the journey of the self reconnecting with the soul's vibration" - William Blake
