Embodied Astrology, with Teg Prakash – Using astrology and Kundalini Yoga practices to enhance our experience and take advantage of the current cosmic forces.
Today, we work with the combined forces of Mercury's retrograde cycle and connections between the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter. We'll practice brief, basic Kundalini Yoga exercises then move into three meditations: first, a 3-minute active meditation for prosperity, next a longer, 3-stage meditation using the mantra "har" for you to see the bounty and beauty of your soul, and finally a meditation to stimulate and open the creative capacity.
