This class dives into cutting your childhood anger. It’s an opportunity to forgive. Forgive yourself first and then others. The definition of forgiveness is simply to be for GIVING. You need this skill, and it is a skill, to have the kind of life you want. It takes vitality to stand for something. Stand for being generous to self and then it’s so easy to give it to others. Your daily practice is a self-blessing. You develop the neuron pattern of self-acknowledgment. Your meditation practice is a bath. You take a bath to remove the stink. In this case, it is the stink of destructive thoughts and behaviors. These come from accelerated maternal and/or paternal phobias. It is a pattern you are running and is not the parent's fault. Why? Because you are choosing to carry these patterns in your current experience and all your relationships.
In this class, you will work to open your heart because it will give you the energy you need to clean this out and offer forgiveness. Can you “pre” forgive? In relationships, if you know that the odds are not in your favor because of all the childhood anger then practice forgiving yourself, and all your past partners and start pre-forgiving anyone that you hope to enter into relay with.
