This session opens the residency on Mallorca dedicated to practicing on the self-sensory system. You will work with your handicapped tears and misconception of self. Get into your strengths. As you become more sensitive, you’ll be able to lead others with that developed sensory system. It is intertwined with your nervous system. That is the beautiful thing about the kundalini technology. It is that it is adaptogenic. You get what you need in the body.

The sensory human is a very positive human. When you command the sensory experience, you become very positive because life is fun. Kundalini is a householder’s tradition that helps you develop a sensory command. This gives you the ability to use the sensory experience as a vibrational template to bring you a creative flow of dharma and vitality. It gives you great compassion which is a bio-spiritual experience. It’s connected to your physical anatomy in the vagus nerve. It’s connected to empathy and the actual heart organ.

One of the easiest ways to develop your sensory system is to listen to your own sound current. Record yourself with your phone for the day. Sit down that night and listen to it. Have a powerful self-psychology practice. You, yourself, and you and get real.

Cultivate a Fresh Mind

Sound is a way that you can change consciousness. Come into this class with a fresh beginner’s mind and see what opens up for you. A fresh mind gives you youth and creativity. It allows you to see things differently. Develop this perspective with the kundalini yoga in this class. Being a yogi means that when you put yourself into alternate postures you put yourself into alternate realities. Put yourself in a fresh perspective. That is the goal of your yogic practice. Why? Because suffering is when your mind doesn’t move. When your mind does not have the agility and flexibility to move through the 84 facets of the mind. Develop the agility, strength, and breath required to maneuver through these 84 perspectives. That way you can see anything in a whole new way. You never need to suffer. Create a whole other reality right now. That is the fresh mind which is a spiritual practice. Receive a simple teaching on the 3 mental facets; the positive, negative, and neutral mind, and how they work.

Don’t take anything personally. Try it. Develop the capacity of mind, body, and spirit to actually have an experience of love. See the beauty of the quagmire of the human condition and have the personal power to love them anyway. This is precognitive. It is an experience.

The power of the 4th day of the moon! The glandular system is so subtle and you can really heal any mental and emotional trauma that you may be carrying. Do a meditation in this class that actually releases blockages you may have in your brain stem. If this area is clogged then the kundalini has a hard time moving up the spinal cord and chakra system. It’s particularly powerful on the 4th day of the moon.
