The subconscious thickness is quieted, leaving a chamber of resonance for your intuitive mind to resound. 

In this meditation, use pressure on the fingertips to enhance brain coordination and communication. The breath pattern will open up your pranic channels for stamina, endurance, and inner-peace. Just as you would think of navigating timespace with regard to elements when interacting with any kind of material substance, the elements need to be in balance or you're going to go off. It's like if you're cooking--if there's too much heat, the food will burn. Or too much water, it'll be soupy, etc. Everything needs to be in balance in your body & around you literally, specifically the tattvas (5 primary elements). Mantras help balance these, some work specifically on this (like "Sa Ta Na Ma").

Sound affects the air as it travels in wave form, so it's great to play them 24/7 so your space can be infused with the sound & feel sacred & special & cozy for you. Plus, the vibrations go out into the planet & raise the frequency of the whole planet. We love Grammy-award winning White Sun!
