Loving yourself is what gives you the ability to navigate life.

It’s crucial, necessary and important for children who have never tried drugs yet to at least hear once, somewhere, that drugs are actually negative. Literally 100% of the education and advertising out there is either moralistic/dogmatic (i.e. fear-mongering and not fully explaining what the physical dangers are: the equivalent of abstinence-only education), or actively pro, positive, pushy and anti-fact: excusing drug abuse as positive with health benefits or as “spiritual experiences.” If you’ve ever done drugs, please keep scrolling because no one wants you to feel bad; that’s not a helpful way to navigate your wonderful and  blessed future.

The issue with drugs is that they take you out of your own hands; the number of people who have accidental overdoses or unintentionally harm themselves or others is unbelievably sad, tragic and astonishing for themselves and everyone around them. There’s nothing recreational about hurting yourself and leaving children, friends and family behind.

As a yogi, you become extremely sensitive to internal and external energies. Yoga is essentially the science of manipulating your internal energy. This is a very exact and precise system of moving energy and substances just impede your future yogic progress in practice, point-blank.

There’s a self-sensitivity and gentleness we’re tuning into with yoga practice and trying to allow a space for. Be nice to yourself. Then be nicer to yourself. We want to create a space where being kind to yourself is vindicated and celebrated, or at least accepted, unlike in the rest of the world where it is actively punished.

Getting the System Sensitive and Strong

This session opens the residency on Mallorca dedicated to practicing on the self-sensory system. You will work with your handicapped tears and misconception of self. Get into your strengths. As you become more sensitive, you’ll be able to lead others with that developed sensory system. It is intertwined with your nervous system. That is the beautiful thing about the kundalini technology. It is that it is adaptogenic. You get what you need in the body.

The sensory human is a very positive human. When you command the sensory experience, you become very positive because life is fun. Kundalini is a householder’s tradition that helps you develop a sensory command. This gives you the ability to use the sensory experience as a vibrational template to bring you a creative flow of dharma and vitality. It gives you great compassion which is a bio-spiritual experience. It’s connected to your physical anatomy in the vagus nerve. It’s connected to empathy and the actual heart organ.

One of the easiest ways to develop your sensory system is to listen to your own sound current. Record yourself with your phone for the day. Sit down that night and listen to it. Have a powerful self-psychology practice. You, yourself, and you and get real.

Mega-information syndrome is the tremendous amount of pressure on the psyche that people are experiencing from the load of information moving through the planet right now. It’s not a matter of trying to remove yourself from it. You live in the technological age. There is no choice. You can’t unplug so the key is tap into your innate resources. That will make you very successful. It will also make you unusual in this age because everyone is so stupefied in this pressurized time.
The whole point of kundalini yoga is that it fortifies your system and gives you neuron velocity which means you start to compute differently and more efficiently.
The future is here, and this is what you’re training for. This class will give you some patterns to run that will help you gain momentum, clear old baggage, flip failure patterns into success patterns, and get way healthier. Use Mudra to clear off some of your emotional residue and shift the way you move through time and space. Extensive Sensitivity

The Axis of Absolute Appreciation

Use the mantric science to Create a higher frequency than the self-criticism you’ve been vibrating. Use the sound to calibrate to this higher frequency to balance the scales with all the negative things you are saying to yourself the rest of the day.

Pulling the mulbandh helps you consolidate your energy. It is also the physiological location of self-esteem. The lower chakras must be balanced otherwise it’s a life of living in fight or flight. The wonder of the kundalini technology is that it goes beyond the cognitive understanding of what is happening with your subconscious patterns because it works on multiple levels of your 10 bodies simultaneously. It’s quick and quantum.

Insecurity is the greatest disease of all women. When pull up on the rectum, sex organs and navel point you are getting into the physical strengthening of your root so that you don’t have to feel so insecure. The amount of energy we waste all day long on our insecurities is frightening. We are so exhausted that when comes to the things we actually came to the planet to do, we are too exhausted to do them.

In order to have effective relationships it requires a lot of energy. Who you are and who you want to be; there is only one thing that matters - how you extend your sensitivity and how you deal with it. It’s directly related to how successful your life is. You need skills to deal with your sensitivity. If people see you as loving then they love you.

The beautiful symphony of the cosmos is that no energy is wasted. For the entire creation woman is the axis.

Learn the art of appreciation. Acknowledge others for what they are doing. It is a lifestyle of gratitude, and everything will come to you. Start to practice by appreciating the things in others that may not appear to be pleasant. Dig deep. First and foremost, appreciate yourself and that is the focus of this session and then cultivate in all your daily dealings. Then you become a person who is loved and unforgettable.

Higher Frequency Relationships

One Wrong Word Can Ruin Your Life

When the endocrine system is balanced then you are much more effective in communication. Get out of the new age cliche of “this is my truth” - there is no relationship because you are just talking to yourself. Broadcasting that you don’t care what the other person has to say. No relay.

It takes a sophisticated development of the sensory system so that you can feel into the relay. When you increase this communicative ability, you start to see the 3rd entity in the relationship which the sum of the 2 people.

Hear the basic teaching around relationships - we need relationships to be sane. It’s nothing but a relay of communication from oneself to another self. It’s a moment-by-moment practice. It’s very sensitive. It’s up to you to continually communicate a feeling or receive communication from another. Otherwise, the relationship is broken. All the problems we have on planet earth are from disharmonious relay.

There is no permanence in relationships. The only permanent thing is your commitment to the relay and the ship that carries the relay - the 3rd entity, which is relationship.

In this class practice strengthening your sensory system so you can communicate better. When you understand how truly fragile relationship is then you show up differently. You’ll have much more immediacy and sensitivity.

All relationships are made and marred on communication. The higher the consciousness the higher the gain. The radiance, tolerance, and beauty are all magnified and it’s a snowball effect in elegant communication.
