You’re so beautiful. This session invites you to experience a vigorous practice. That’s real life. You have to show up in relationships after a day of showing up for all your other responsibilities.

Learn to use your fatigue for your partner practice. Get into your nervous system and activate relaxation. Sex is a relaxation not a communication. This is what conscious sex and relationship look like. Being a good listener is a powerful and alchemical skillset.

Develop your ultra sensory system. Nobody is going to save you from yourself.

Physical movement and sweat move the psyche soma in a certain way so that you are relaxed when faced with the daily householder experiences. Meditate on where and when and how you are showing up with still face. Be concerned with the internal robot you are becoming.

Develop the strength of your immune system. You will make your aura blue in this class. Then you’ll put a gene protection on the aura with a powerful meditation. According to the yogic science it protects you from radiation.

Sonoluminescence is the study of sound and light. Sound seems to create light...the Word is the resonance of your eternal presently-relevant form.

This is a time of self-initiation. The solstices and equinoxes amplify this ability. Nobody can do it for you. Looking for salvation outside of yourself is a lie. Look no further because here you are. You hit the jackpot. You are your God and soulmate, but the problem is that we don’t like ourselves. Go to work in this session because this is the dissonance. You are your greatest guru, but we have been programmed to not like ourselves. This disconnect is the rub you feel of you having to face you. You having to like you. You having to meet you because you’ve spent lifetimes running away from you and that takes tremendous energy. You’re so tired because you have spent lifetimes of incarnations running from your greatest treasure which is you.

It may feel scary but that’s just the negative projective reflex that you’ve been culturally conditioned with. It’s not your natural state as a human. You are the creative power of all that is and that is innate.
