Pre Forgive for Optimal Relationship Experiences

This class dives into cutting your childhood anger. It’s an opportunity to forgive. Forgive yourself first and then others. The definition of forgiveness is simply to be for GIVING. You need this skill, and it is a skill, to have the kind of life you want. It takes vitality to stand for something. Stand for being generous to self and then it’s so easy to give it to others. Your daily practice is a self-blessing. You develop the neuron pattern of self-acknowledgment. Your meditation practice is a bath. You take a bath to remove the stink. In this case, it is the stink of destructive thoughts and behaviors. These come from accelerated maternal and/or paternal phobias. It is a pattern you are running and is not the parent's fault. Why? Because you are choosing to carry these patterns in your current experience and all your relationships.

In this class, you will work to open your heart because it will give you the energy you need to clean this out and offer forgiveness. Can you “pre” forgive? In relationships, if you know that the odds are not in your favor because of all the childhood anger then practice forgiving yourself, and all your past partners and start pre-forgiving anyone that you hope to enter into  relay with.

Conquer your Ghosts

The use of sound sets up a different vibrational frequency to elevate from the daily subconscious frequencies that you have been vibrating. The subconscious mind has all types of twists, referred to as mental intrigues. It can begin as a misinterpretation of an interaction then it spins into patterns that years later have lodged themselves in you. It’s a film that you wake up with but you can give yourself the medicine of setting a higher vibration.

Every person has 13 ghosts that haunt the subconscious mind. They come from accumulated fears and phobias. One of those thoughts can ruin a whole lifetime. This class is a “buck stops here” class. Use yoga to conquer your ghosts. Also, tune into some powerful self-psychology practice suggestions in this lecture. The subconscious mind is finite and it gets so full that the conscious mind can’t deal with the conscious life. Pay attention to the first thought you think in the morning. Anyone who is choosing to be human–alive, creative, and full of potential–has a spark of aliveness that is unmistakable. The future is bright and we’re here to usher it in. Cultivate self-sovereignty with the yoga in this class. It will take fear away from your personality.

You are creative. The impulse of creativity is the impulse of being human. The light of the mind and being it while you are here. The being is the transitory part. The light exists forever and the mind is what channelizes your creative soul. You have free will and can decide to do anything you want with this human being. Meditate on that with the practices in this class. Tune in for a teaching about free will and your relationship to your spiritual practice. When you first commit you are in a honeymoon with it. You move through karma and feel raw which is natural. It is an accelerated clearing. Your subconscious then kicks up to try and defeat you. That is when you know it’s working. Allow the frontal lobe of your brain to develop so you evolve and drop the destructive tendencies. The planet needs this more than ever. That is why you are here.

Change your relationship with self, environment, money and others. This is what you are training - to role model a new way of living on the planet. Don’t just talk about it. Do it. You are the yoga. People FEEL that from you. You are creative in a way that sparkles and that is impactful.

Accelerate your Sound Current

The sound waves connected to empathy are faster than those connected to complaint. They are longer waves. When you participate in them, you feel a lower state of energy. Learn about this depth of yogic science in this class. You can say any words but it is the way you use the science of sound that really matters. Cultivate this skill with the practices in this class. When you use accelerated sound, you increase your neuron velocity. You have a better experience of reality. Who you think you are is just a bundle of neuroses and habits. In this class, you will pray for wherever you are suffering. Get a view of your self-deception so you can break through it fast. The cure is always located right where the suffering is. It is the same in nature. We are capable of regeneration. Use sound to immediately change your state of consciousness.

Your intention and devotion are more powerful than thinking you are right. Some of the most spiritual people would never consider themselves spiritual. It is simply the way they gracefully relate to the world. When you think you are an expert it could be dangerous. The beginner’s mind is a very powerful perspective. If you took your compulsive need for attention and turned it into attentiveness you would be very successful. Turn self-reference into self-reverence with this practice.
