The integrity of your word is the key to a life of integrity-- of truth of character and commitment to your soul's direction. 

Use the Say Saraswati mantra to create speech of grace, of efficacy, of cosmic wisdom. Transform your speech into words that create art, words that create heaven on Earth. This mantra uses both Sanskrit and English, a poem written by Yogi Bhajan, awakening divine knowledge, infinite wisdom, and Shakti power. 

In this meditation, the mantra sheet must be held in a very specific manner. This action of holding and reciting sacred texts has been done across cultures throughout history as a way of spurring the mind rapidly into elevated transformation. The eye gaze in this position fixates the pituitary gland to function consolidated and steady in this heightened frequency. When the mind is not strong, you lose two thirds of your energy to the wandering mind. Fixate the mind, control the mind, and direct in an optimal positive direction.
