Breath is life. When you have more breath, you feel better. It will help you reset your parasympathetic nervous system. This series is to revitalize and replenish your yogic anatomy. There is a yogic science as to how you can replenish your reserve force (otherwise known as life force). You begin to have so much of it that when you become stressed or fatigued, you can deal with the challenge. Because you have so much available, you also develop the ability to be one step ahead of the challenge and remain stable and clear minded. You want to have this ability, so you don’t have a meltdown every time you are faced with stress. The kundalini technology helps you not only regenerate places where you have lost your reserve force but also to put your strength, consciousness and aptitude beyond the time pressurized moment and go into the future in a calm way. This is in your physiology. All breath work is good for this because it allows you to get the pranic vibration throughout your whole physical body.
In between your joints there are areas that hold pranic reserve. That is why you use mudra and move in certain ways with your practice. The amazing thing about kundalini yoga is that there is a physical foundation to spirituality. It’s not about morals. There is a science behind your goodness, regeneration, and your ability to show up more powerfully and calm. That is the strength of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Know your Own Hormones and Biorhythms

Success is knowing how much you need to get yourself out of a pit. What and how much of it do you need to get out of your self-pity. It is essential that you have your own adaptogenic formula to pull out of the entropy and lethargy you may feel being a human on the planet. What is going to get you out of that pit especially on days where you may feel a little heavier or are going through something? You also must know your own hormones and biorhythms and how your glandular system effects your sense of well-being.
Use breath of fire to determine your rhythmic intelligence. You have X amount of time and X amount of energy so being in good rhythm is key to energy efficiency. 80% of your energy can be wiped on a publicity campaign to hide what you don’t want everyone to know about you. The thing is that they already do. That is thingingness - the thing that you believe no one knows about you that everyone does indeed know about you. Covering up the thing - the ball of insecurities - that everyone has is why it’s no secret. It zaps your energy. If you spot it, you got it.
Just waking up in a human body every day is a very frustrating thing. It’s frustrating to be inside a body that is so vast and limitless. You’ve got all this sophisticated body tech to contend with. Then you have a self-doubt thought that gets you hooked. Now you are deep in an energy hole and you cannot make good decisions or feel balanced in this state. Your system is designed to make healthy decisions if you have the resources to do so.
One of the tenets of success is knowing how much you need in the morning as a baseline if you feel off to get into an energized state and it’s an experiment. Examine your inner scene. Consider things that could be beneficial to get out of your depleted state.
Walk. Cold shower. A quick mantra like, “you have no problems!” Drink a glass of water. Chant. Your system wants to always self-regulate. Any emotional stickiness or physical discomfort is related to glandular irregularities.

The Gateway to a Conscious Death

This class is dedicated to endurance training called your life. The yogic teaching states that the yogi can command everything including the breath. There are a finite amount of breaths a person takes in a lifetime. If you slow your breath down, you extend your life and not just the time but the quality. It also increases your vitality and clarity. If the breath gets shallow, the body turns in on itself, becomes depleted and the mind then loses function. That is essentially what the ‘aging’ process looks like. As a yogi, you train to increase your reserve force. Gain an understanding of this power and work with it using the kundalini yoga in this class. Learn to command the usage of your reserve force and how to replenish it. This is a fundamental yogic youthing practice.

Studies done at Stanford University have shown that the human body is built to endure about 1000 years of usage. People just simply burn the system out in about 55 years. This is the level to which we are misusing the body. Your ability to use and replenish your life force is a very sophisticated and essential yogic practice. You endure and not only that, you have grace and clarity until your last breath. Determine your life with great precision.
