This is a special class and is wonderful for beginners. It was given leading up to Summer Solstice. It is one of the most powerful days of the year. In the Kundalini lineage, we understand that we can use solar energy to make major shifts in our vitality, creativity, and prosperity. Set the intention to really cultivate it in this class.

When you breathe deeper, you allow other people you interact with to breathe deeper. This is a profound yogic science principle. Use this technique in a practical way every day. Breathing ahead of time (before you enter a place) means that you alter the entire quantum field as well.

Gain a different perspective on happiness as you tune into the teaching in this session. It is in our innate makeup as human beings. It is biological and we are wired this way. The goal of this yogic practice is to take some things off of you that may be blocking you from your original state. This is the state of innocence. That doesn’t mean it is going to be easy.
