Your Energy Balance Sheet

You should cultivate enough self-awareness to know how you spend your energy. You should know the negative charges on your pranic reserve force. Yogis know how to replenish this reserve, but most people don’t and just keep taking from it – it ages you prematurely. We still don’t fully understand how the cellular makeup works, but we do understand that when we practice Kundalini yoga we have an undeniable, different type of vitality and radiance.

It’s easy to experience that the more oxygenated you are, the more energy you have! Anytime you feel stressed in your mind or body – especially body – that’s when you know this pranic reserve is low. You need more yoga, or pranayama, or meditation. Tally your energy sheet. Utilize gratitude to invoke the positive. As your reserve gets filled, your dis-eases become eases. With more energy, you can build constructive patterns and deconstruct destructive patterns, letting that gratitude and positivity ripple out. Be aware of how you spend your energy.

Invoking an Inner Prosperity

Use this auspicious time to look at your programming and get over your personal problems in the new year. If you want sovereignty with your thoughts, you need to do some sort of daily work on your patterning and get society out of your head. Community, especially spiritual community, can create a foundation of accomplishment and keep you lifted. Mirror neuron patterning opens you up to the community’s joy. Your personal problems start to fade, and your triumphs expand. You position yourself to catch a new frequency, a new capacity, so you can utilize this incarnation on earth (and accomplish your New Year’s Resolutions).

When you try to invoke something, you also invoke its polarity. So when your frequency is high enough, you can utilize both sides of that polarity. You can use the energy in the challenge, grief or loss to be creative. You can raise your vibration enough so that instead of succumbing to the negative, you can hold it along with the prosperity you invoked and use both to your advantage.  You don’t have to be negative and crazy to be inspired. It can look alchemical, like creating something out of nothing.

Learn the Cosmic Law of Polarity

Everyone wants to achieve some level of success, but no one seems to want to deal with the polarity. That’s just part of the cosmic law. You get what you want and then you freak out because it’s “too much”. You must prepare for the 4 levels of failure, slander, polarity, and mishap that are going to happen. You must have plans for when things happen. We don’t even have enough esteem for ourselves to prepare for the initial challenge.
The moment you get brighter, there will be a polarity experience. Jesus would not be Jesus without Judas. Learn the cosmic law of polarity. Recognize that it is something you will deal with. Activate the Bhand Jameeai - the reality of the cosmic power of the shakti and major polarity swells. You must have enough self-esteem to handle all levels of this swell from the challenge itself to the slander.
When you make the impossible, possible that is divine. The rest is nonsense. Your virtue is when impossible hits you with possible, you can deal with it. Turn it out with possible and deal with it. When the finite gets to you and you show the infinity, that is divinity. Time and space are going to hit you. Do you have enough self-esteem, nervous system strength, prana, and vibratory command to turn the impossible into the possible? You can and you need enough energy to do that. Focus on developing your self-esteem with the yoga in this class.
You are a yogi, and you have the power to command your own breath. You can command the time and space to increase the threshold for what you can handle in the polarity of success and failure. This is not being negative. It’s an understanding of 4 levels of challenge and you can deal with all of it. You have the steam to keep going. Give yourself a budget of how much you’re going to freak out every day. It costs time and energy so plan what you need and what’s worth the cost. Ask yourself, what would have to happen for me to let loose my precious esteemed life force? Make it good rather than some waste of your reactivity.

Don’t Waste Time Overreacting to Life

It only takes 90 days to go from a failure to a success. That’s why you don’t need to ‘over’ react. Reactive people are failures. Non-reactive people are successful. If you understand the cosmic laws of success, then you know there is always ebb & flow. With this understanding, you can totally lever a failure into a success in any moment.
Considering that power, to have a whole day that is a bad day seems extreme. You don’t have to live that way. A bad moment here and there is fine because you live the 3D world and things happen. The more successful you are, the more dealing power you have and the more you’re going to be given. A successful life is one where you don’t waste time overreacting to any of it. You create successful habits that discern what you may want to have a bit of drama with so you can be resourceful with your time and energy. Unlike the unsuccessful habit of overreacting to everything. Blowing things out of proportion takes a considerable amount of energy and time.
Cut through your self-pity with this concept - the more you get, the more you are responsible and that has a weight to it. This is the challenge of maintaining success. True success requires you to maintain it so that others can benefit and beyond that, you’re so successful at being alive and creative that you could lead others into success.
Success is a pattern. You can have such mastery over this cosmic pattern that everyone reaps the benefit. You become so fixated on the pattern that you’re just re-writing the same pattern repeatedly so that it can be amplified.
Spend none of your time comparing yourself to others. It is 100% a waste of your time. The cosmic law is this: you and you are communicating with you. If you are not communicating with you then you are not successful. If you don’t know how to communicate with yourself then nobody will want to listen or be around you. You have no impact. Your whole game is communicating with yourself. Care less about the audience and instead be obsessed with moving this success pattern through your own psyche. Look at how you are going to design a successful day or business etc. and communicate it with yourself.
People follow you because they see you in that act of communication with yourself not because you’re telling them what to do. If you meditate then your kids may start. If you just tell them to they probably won’t.
Work with your ability to maintain success in this class. Get into the chakra of success. It has the trinity (“father, son & Holy Ghost”) + your ego. Use the container of the ego to move energy through it in a productive way that actually serves humanity.

All Fights Come from Not Listening

You can tell everything you need to know about yourself and others by their sound current. If you can become a sophisticated listener, then you can move into much more harmonious relationships including with yourself. That's Master listening.

Practice listening to your own sound current. That is why we tune in. You listen into your own sound current and harmonize with the group in practice. When you master listening you can maneuver where the energy is going.

Come to every situation with the attitude of not knowing. Then you are a great detective. You have the skill of listening and observing. You are not obsessed with how much attention you need because of all the childhood dissatisfactions. Instead of wanting attention and feeding that abyss, you become attentive. When you don’t know then you pay attention. In relationship you really don’t know who the other person is. No matter how long you’ve been with them. That’s the rub. “I know you.” So, you lose attentiveness. This goes for sex too. If you don’t know how to be attentive in a sexual encounter, then you are a boring lover.

Try this exercise with your partner: Who are you? You don’t know. You become fresh minded, and the spiritual discipline becomes attentiveness. This is what makes art art. You notice what others don’t and you capture it. That’s art. Train your attentiveness in this class. You will increase your ability to be a magnetic lover of yourself and your lover.

Relationship is art. You are more alive and interesting and then other people want to be around you. All relationship is a dance and must abide by the laws of polarity. There is always a consequence to the sequence. If you don’t like what you are getting back, then look at what you are putting out.

As yogis it is fundamental to our practice to master the laws of polarity. This is so you can have a good open-hearted conversation with someone. You become more yourself and no one knows what that looks like because you don’t know who you are. That is exciting.

Realities of Polarities – Practice Your Dharma

Beat the Enemy That is You.

When you become a beacon of light for others, you are going to create a polarity. This is the way the planet works. All that being true, the greatest enemy of your spiritual development is you. Practicing kundalini yoga like the kriyas in this class to stand up to yourself first. Practicing early in the morning is particularly powerful as the veil is thinner. It’s a great time for the business meeting with G.O.D.

Be aware that you are the one that will sabotage yourself way before anyone else can. Work with that polarizing force in this class. Take the opportunity to be a devoted student. When you make a major change in your incarnational stream, you will come against great opposition. In the spiritual teachings, that is considered really good luck. Learn to look at this as auspicious. If you want to do anything impactful in the world then expect opposition to show - first inside of you then externalized. Develop the stamina and strength required to meet the challenges and shine brighter. Do everything you can to deal with your own opposition against yourself. Practice in this class to prepare for the gail force wind of weird opposition that will come from the world. Turn your fearful view of this into auspicious energy. This is the Lion’s Roar and the Warrior’s Way. Go full frontal on your life.
