Bandhas are locks that open up certain consciousness and strengths. The coiled serpent of your life force and destiny is accessed through the mulbandha, which is a physical access point to elevate your experience, thoughts and creativity.
Activate your cobra energy which is accessed through the 3rd chakra. Kundal means coiled spring, which contains more powerful energy than any nuclear energy a man can make. Learn to access this coiled energy from the base of the spine to the naval point which will open up the upper triangle, the gateway of the pranic soul. Open up the diaphragm and you gain mystical powers.
There is so much reserved force of energy held in the diaphragm. A yogi who does intense pranayama, has a clean diet, and lives a sattvic life only has access to 10% of this power. Most people are barely hanging on to a string of this power.
Bandhas unlock the dualities and leakages of energy happening physically, emotionally, and psychologically. The word bandha touches the upper meridian in the palate and stimulates the hypothalamus in such a way that inner conflict is resolved.
