With the Tattvas in balance, the hemispheres of your brain follow suit in this rhythmic coordination. When the two hemispheres of the brain are balanced and synchronized, your decision making powers thrive and are generated from a space of soul-driven intuition. The subconscious thickness is quieted, leaving a chamber of resonance for your intuitive mind to resound. 

In this meditation, use pressure on the fingertips to enhance brain coordination and communication. The breath pattern will open up your pranic channels for stamina, endurance, and inner-peace. The parasympathetic system benefits from a relaxation of the band of reflexes in the ring of the throat, dissolving the habituation towards reactivity.

Keep a Thing Going All Throughout

Hold a new pattern of reality.

On Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we celebrate the life of someone who accomplished the power of communicating (transmitting through words) a radically new vision. “I may not get there with you, but I want you to know that we, as a people, will get to the Promised Land…”

You must have the ability to hold the pattern of a vision for your health, prosperity, family, and humanity in order for it to materialize. Whatever habit you repeat becomes your personality. It’s simply a pattern you’re holding not who you ARE. You can change your pattern anytime easily. Some of these patterns - repetitions of suffering - are not even yours but in your epigenetics.

Get to work at grooving a new pattern and it will become a natural choice. A natural response. Not some guilt-ridden form of what you think you should be doing. Make a pattern to feel better about yourself today than you did yesterday. Then your endocrine system secretes in a beneficial way and your chakras are vibrating in their highest frequency. You are powerful. You are experiencing the most vitality.

With all the self-doubt you wind up with a negative reserve in your energy. Instead, you can feel better right now. The mantra is a pattern of the vision of an upgraded version of yourself.  Sleeping to the gong is the easiest way to neurohack yourself a new reality. In addition to this tool, you have mudras. Mudras are like the tentacles that link to the 10 quadrants of the brain. That’s another powerful way to bio-hack the system.
