Today, we work with the combined forces of Mercury's retrograde cycle and connections between the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter. We'll practice brief, basic Kundalini Yoga exercises then move into three meditations: first, a 3-minute active meditation for prosperity, next a longer, 3-stage meditation using the mantra "har" for you to see the bounty and beauty of your soul, and finally a meditation to stimulate and open the creative capacity.

The Moon with the Sun lights up our world. For all of humanity these luminaries have guided us and shielded us, throughout the turning of the ages and more impressive, the turning of every single day.

The Moon’s mysterious effects have become so normalized, we have forgotten her divine magic. The Moon in her various incarnations is ruled by different goddesses – Artemis (Diana), Selene (Luna), and Hecate.

This cycle we will study the Moon from a different perspective as we learn about the lunar goddesses and determine which one rules your natal moon.
