You establish a caliber and you have to live by it. When you don’t live by it you lose energy. You don’t trust yourself, and you doubt yourself. Your immune system is shaky, and are more apt for illness and manipulation.
Sound is hypnotic. How we talk to ourselves, the mental mantra is a way to pay attention to yourself and what you say to yourself all the time. This is why we chant the mantras internally. It helps you pay attention.
We have nuclear power under our navel chakra. Our practice right now is to hold a rhythmic current so you don’t get pulled into a miss-use of power. Strengthening the navel and nervous system gives clarity to the mind and direction through the commotion of emotion.
