Overcome the Stress Personality

Our stress personality becomes our dominant personality. This set will help combat the fundamental issue we have against ourselves which is stress. Our reactive personality can become so dominant in our lives that we forget our true personality. The stress personality looks and sounds different than who you are. There are 27 personalities in a sane person. The prominent stress personality looks older, looks like your parents and is more crotchety. This can become your dominant experience instead of the true essence of who you are. The mind will try to protect you from you because there is no greater enemy than an undirected mind. That is why we listen to mantra.
Stress effects meditators less than non-meditators. The whole brain systems responds differently when trained. You can change the stress response by changing the rhythm of your breath and your sound current. When you are a regular practitioner, the pressure of your subconscious mind is going to get greater. Some of these practices will help when nothing else works allowing things to get reorganized.
Addiction mediation squeezes the molars and stimulates the central cortex of the brain which shifts the pineal gland. It creates an adjustment to the endocrine system which will give you a flush of glandular secretion, calming you down.

Insecurity is a Plague Among Humanity

Insecurity is a plague among humanity. It’s especially so for women because of our sensitivity. It’s also the institutionalized insecurities in society that continue to make a lot of money from our neuroses. An innate systemic insecurity can also come from birth if you didn’t get immediate skin-to-skin contact.

The spectacular thing about the Kundalini yoga technology is that it reveals these thought forms in your psyche and the physical location it has in your body.  The prescriptive of kundalini yoga is that you get into both the mind and the body. Meditation will help the mind - the thoughts. The Kriya will help the body – the symptoms. It’s especially important to get into the 3rd Chakra. If the navel point is off, then your system will be innately more insecure.

The medicine for this physical weakness is yoga. In this session, hit a “CrossFit” of all 10 bodies because the insecurity has a coordinate within your 10-Body system.

We are systematically neurotic. This session gets deep into the mind-body system to eradicate insecurities. Then lay the Adi Shakti mantra in there to create a new pattern of creative expression. Every victory you have you must celebrate.

Insecurity is 16x greater in women. Learn powerful tools that balance emotions. Women need to spend time with other women to move beyond their relationship challenges. These fears and insecurities can’t be worked out with men. Women process with other women. You have "peanut hour" and then you can come to your relationship with a fresh perspective.

In a disciplined way, you create a bigger experience of something positive. Like all the things your partner did for you when you were first together that made you feel good. Start to do these things for each other again. Create romance as a positive relay.

This is much more effective than talking about the problems repeatedly. When you elevate above the problem and look down on the people having the problem, then you drop the problem and watch it shatter. You can stop creating more interlock with the vibration of the problem.

This is self-mastery. You are your greatest therapist.
What is reality? What is giving you energy? What’s not? Notice and practice imagining dragging your problem to the highest elevation you can go and drop the thing. Watch it shatter.

Another exercise that you’ll experience in this class so that you can apply in your everyday life is to drop your "need to be right" and have the agility to flip over to the other person’s perspective of you being the self-righteous stress personality you’re projecting. If that’s what you want to create a bigger experience of then these meditations help you change the neurological pattern.

A headstand is more than just a headstand. It’s a physical metaphor for you having enough agility to have a different perspective. That is what the Kriya is for.

It's a heavy broadcast to be competing all the time. The Yoga scene is also competitive, from teachers to outfits. Spiritual to Kardashian.. the thing is still in us. When we get women together we need to be honest. We can't just call each other Goddesses. We have to get our scene together first.

Men can't handle our insecurity. Your insecurity started creating a broadcast in the relationship that the guy can't handle. You can bring him to a deeper part of himself. They don't have that innate capacity, they can cultivate it. But women are circuited in. When you get negative, neurotic... they don't know what to do with your insecurity. So you have to deal with it in a way so we can relate to ourselves in the infinite Lotus in all beauty and shakti that has ever been. Even for a little bit.
