Your suffering only exists when you think that whatever's happening to you, or whatever thought that you're having, in that moment is going to last forever. That it won't change. And that's where suffering comes from.
In this session, Guru Jagat talks about how when you have the power to move, and use the Mantras, we put a heightened sound into our structure, which starts to create a different molecular reality. Then whatever it was that we thought was suffering, becomes a little easier.
A practice of expanding and contracting time. We practice these movements where sometimes it feels like time is expanded or retracted. Time is a moveable feature. All our suffering is in the thought… this is what’s happening and this will happen forever.
