You may need some rest or some pushback. The subconscious mind is very intelligent and you have to know how to work with it. This is when major breakthroughs happen. Deepen your practice and your whole incarnation can change. Your subconscious mind has already detected the enlightenment and that is why you feel you don’t want to mediate or do your practice. Your subconscious is designed to protect you. It was formed in childhood and is protecting you from those traumas that aren’t actually real now.

You know things are getting good when you are pushing up against the razor’s edge in your life, self, and practice. Something big is on the other side of that. Kundalini yoga trains you for this. It gives you the ability to create art with your childhood traumas and grow up. To bring the best out in yourself and others is a skill set and that is what you are developing.
