It only takes 10-15% more of whatever spiritual practice you’re doing to become a saint. There’s no need to punish yourself or feel guilty, just keep up and do the best you can.
We need 1-2 hours of strong exercise per day in order to be productive. (2 is ideal.) It accelerates the human and is especially necessary for women to exercise and stay outward and productive every day. Kriyas are great forms of exercise because they work all of the 10 bodies, and meditation in the morning is the “principle of life.”
The meditation in this class is very good for calming when you get emotional.
Tip: Drinking a glass of water is the first thing you should do if you start to get emotional.
