As householders, we are not interested in an ego death because it looks like psychosis and it is really inconvenient for yourself and for others. We want to restructure and have proper use of the ego so you can have an incredibly high incarnation on this earth. Utilize the ego, respect it and honoring it is a very spiritual practice. Reformat the programming and restructure the ego and you get happiness. When you are happy, you do more of the things you want to do.
Breath of fire is a relaxed breath that taps into the panic vayu. Do breath of fire if you want your life to be different, if you want balanced brain chemistry, balanced emotions, balanced hormones, balanced metabolism, love, prosperity, and your life to be better.
Vayus are winds of the body. The breath of life. Pranic Vayu, Apanic Vayu, and Uddyana Vayu are 3 of the 5 vayus that Yogi Bahjan focused on for the householder.
