The power of the particular permutation combinations will move you toward positive choices. You actually want that. Humans want positivity and the only reason why we choose less is because we are not strong enough to go for the good. Kundalini gives you the strength to make better choices. It does not take a long time. You start to feel better and when you feel better, you do better.

Instead, create a deeper groove by repeating the higher vibration. That is what the mantra is and does. Learn about what the kriya is and does during the lecture.
