Vision Boards are a visual imprint of your aspirations, prayers and ambitions for your life. We use vision boards to manifest, set intentions and visualize our greatest desires in the material and spiritual realms. This is a casual creative hang out where we spend time together to bring our visions to life.

A timeless and powerful way to help crystallize one’s vision as they walk the path towards their highest aims is to create a physical anchor for it. This is where the vision board comes in. Not only does it bring the energy of what you desire to one focal point, but it is subsequently absorbed in the subconscious mind, the creator of our reality, when you place it somewhere that you see it day after day. In this session with artist and mystic Jeana Donovan, create your own focal point of prosperity, creativity, magic, success, and anything that you are calling into your life experience. Then move through your life and watch as the magic from this creation begins to unfold and appear in your everyday life. Practical magic, indeed.

What to Bring:

Big dreams, inspiration, intention and ambitions for the future.
Lots of magazines, scissors, glue sticks and/or tape.
A canvas (any size, shape or surface you’d like to create your vision board on).
Note: You may decide to create a digital vision board on your computer or tablet. Pinterest boards and the Canva app are really helpful tools for that.

Jeana Donovan is a mother, mystic, visual artist, and graphic designer creating life, organizing chaos and beautifying mood boards, album covers and various visuals for film, television, podcasts, among other mediums. She co-hosts the weekly MYSTICAL ARTISTS podcast with husband, Remington Donovan, and aspires to be an industrious “country girl” one day. Part of the feminine yearning is to be seen. In community we can offer this to each other in a constructive way when we share our art with each other. Women who are trying to get attention are very unhappy and women who are attentive are very fulfilled. That is what you are training for with your Kundalini practice. To be attentive. To tend to one another. Then the attention that we actually yearn for is available. We can be seen. It’s beautiful but it requires a stretch to put yourself in the position to be seen (even though we innately crave it). When you do share, a part of you gets touched and then you show up more constructively. You are no longer obsessed with trying to get attention. That desperate obsession is a problem, and it is the problem you have in all your relationships.

We can weave, through our sound, a new world. The poetry in this class is an installation in that mission. When you’re dealing with a subconscious cultural pattern it’s heavy and this is about being able to extract a new mythology and weaving a new story for the future. This is matrix bending. As women who are the most powerful on the planet, we can really create revolution by deconstructing these programs that have been running through all of us from the Patriarchy. That is what the practice is about. We are going through a mutation process to create a new reality.
