There will be a great leveling among the human family with the climate crisis and the inevitable climate refugee movements that have already started across the globe. We need to get prepared for what is coming and that will come from understanding our own self-psychology and using our minds to serve us. Get over procrastination, get over the fighting, don’t waste your chi and use your practice to get prepared. Then work on a kriya for a healthy brain and a meditation to work on the limbic system.
