Become the Living Power of Love

Meditation to Transmute the Frequency of Love

This meditation works with the Miracle Mantra - Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru. The first part – Guru Guru Wahe Guru, projects the mind out to the vastness of the knowledge and wisdom of infinity.  The second part- Guru Ram Das Guru, brings the guidance of infinity back to the finite realms, creating an uncompromised channel and connection. It calls upon the spirit of Guru Ram Das, promoting miracles, profound self-healing, liberated emotions, a humble heart, and a field of grace.

As you chant, move the sound from the throat, to the heart, to the navel, and to the lips, powerfully resonating the sound at each of these centers on each part of the mantra. When you chant from the throat, feel the sound vibrating from the throat, echoing out to infinity. When you chant at the heart, gently lift the diaphragm as you chant. At the navel, pull the navel in as you move the sounds. When you chant focusing on the lips, exaggerate the movement of the lips creating the sound. This is called the "Kiss of God."

The vibration of this healing, mantra-inspiring frequency activates a charge of energy around the heart. It stimulates the navel center for renewed passion and vitality. When the throat chamber resonates this sound code, it sparks truth of word, integrity, and truth. The movement of the lips-- this "Kiss of God", gives your speech the power to transmute the frequency of love, creating miracles with each word.

Find your anger, fear, & resentment melting and becoming replaced with unlimited, expansive, limitless, bold, and true love.

The Meaning of Mantra

Mantras are like sound codes and are an effective method for re-tracking your mind towards happier and more prosperous thoughts. They act as high frequency codes and vibrations that can direct your full mind-body system in a positive direction. The word mantra comes from the Sanskrit roots man - man, mind or mental being and tra - vibration or directional vibration. In essence, mantras are like mental waves that when chanted, direct the flow of your thoughts in a particular way.In Kundalini Yoga technology, mantra is used to direct the thought stream to something of a higher, more aligned, destiny-frequency vibration...Meaning of mantras physiological effectsThe roof of the mouth has 86 meridian points, so  when  a mantra is chanted (Sat Nam for example), an alchemical process begins to take place from the specific way the tongue strikes the roof of the mouth after which you can  experience more serotonin and dopamine in your brain, along with more resonant and coherent brain wave patterns. All of this can be measured through means of Western science with the use of MRI sound technology. These mantras do not directly translate to the English language, as they are vibrational frequencies beyond linguistic description. When chanted, the tongue hits the roof of the mouth in such a way that particular meridians are stimulated resulting in bio-neurological feedback.Common mantras in Kundalini Yoga:Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo – what we chant to tune-in every classAad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Gurudevay Nameh – the second part of our tune-inSat NamSa Ta Na MaWahe GuruEk Ong Kar, Sat Nam, Siri, Wahe Guru--“We all want activation into our highest self. You can use the science of mantra and sound to begin to clear the finite storage space of the subconscious mind. When you do this, it creates space for more creativity and flow of actual experience in life”- Guru Jagat from “Invincible Living”
