You aren’t enjoying life as much as you could because you get rigid in your belief system. When the chakras are balanced, the right action is the order of the day and you don’t have to worry about all of the repeating patterns. You can change the narrative and enjoy your life.

Stay super agile so you can be available for all that the day offers. Staying in the flow is totally anti-uptight like most of the yoga/spiritual scene.

We do all of the yoga, meditation, yogic diets, and mantras because it gives you energy so that you don’t spend your whole life stuck in one area. When this happens, you get calcified which numbs you out and makes you feel like you can’t expand prosperity in all forms. You could use the power of the lunar day to fast and expand your day.

Left Nostril breathing can help get rid of your anxiety. When you hold the power of yogic technologies, people will come to you because you are not freaking out in the world. It is more valuable to have clarity of mind, and agility in the spirit, mental and emotional bodies. This prevents you from being stuck in one emotional groove, which is called depression. Insecurity is a Plague Among Humanity

Insecurity is a plague among humanity. It’s especially so for women because of our sensitivity. It’s also the institutionalized insecurities in society that continue to make a lot of money from our neuroses. An innate systemic insecurity can also come from birth if you didn’t get immediate skin-to-skin contact.

The spectacular thing about the Kundalini yoga technology is that it reveals these thought forms in your psyche and the physical location it has in your body.  The prescriptive of kundalini yoga is that you get into both the mind and the body. Meditation will help the mind - the thoughts. The Kriya will help the body – the symptoms. It’s especially important to get into the 3rd Chakra. If the navel point is off, then your system will be innately more insecure.

The medicine for this physical weakness is yoga. In this session, hit a “CrossFit” of all 10 bodies because the insecurity has a coordinate within your 10-Body system.
