As the solar eclipse portal opens, this workshop offers a space to slow down and become present with what is moving — internally and collectively.
We begin with Celestial Communication, an intuitive transmission to inspire connection to your inner light and attune to the energetic field of the eclipse.
From there, we move into an embodied practice to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for inner expansion.
Drawing from Satnam Rasayan teachings, this workshop is truly about being without judgement, of exploring without fear and allowing what is to be sensed and felt.
