Class Description
When the nervous system fails to cooperate with the self, we call that illness. Anxiety, depression, phobias, and more can all be thought of a weakened nervous system reacting poorly to functional life. And the most immediate help available is movement of your own body, breath, and mind.
Practice an activating kundalini yoga kriya to stimulate and balance the nervous system, then a meditation to strengthen the system's response ability through deep calm.
