Step into the first session of this special series focused on awakening the frontal lobe and integrating the fresh, transformative energy of Uranus in Gemini. This class is designed for those ready to challenge themselves physically and mentally while opening the mind to new possibilities.
We begin with a powerful Kundalini Yoga set that targets the glands, boosts circulation, and awakens the meditative mind. Through dynamic movement, breathwork, and focused awareness, you’ll stimulate the endocrine system, increase blood flow, and prepare the body and mind for deep inner work. This sequence is ideal for building vitality, supporting hormonal balance, and creating a foundation of calm clarity.
The first meditation, “Facing the Challenge of Tomorrow,” is a three-part sequence. You’ll move through three postures, each held for three minutes, with a steady gaze at the chin. This practice uses challenging arm mudras to build mental resilience, focus, and the ability to meet the unknown with courage and grace. The gaze at the chin helps draw your awareness inward, supporting the activation and integration of the frontal lobe.
Next, we move into “Meditation for Blessing.” In this deeply transformative practice, you’ll hold your arms straight out to the sides, with the pinky and ring fingers pressed down and the other fingers extended. One palm faces up, the other down, balancing earth and cosmic energies. This mudra is physically demanding and energetically potent, helping you channel blessings and balance into your life. The meditation is set to the uplifting chant of Wahe Guru Wahe Jio, infusing the experience with joy and a sense of exalted connection.
