Class Description

As a yogi, you are still going to feel it all.  You should feel it and feel it on the full spectrum. But then you have the technology to shift out of the emotion, which without practice is very difficult. The practice gives you the tools of self-psychology to give you command over your energy. And this allows you to live a deeper and fuller life. This is a talk that will give you direction on how to move forward when you feel stuck. Then you will practice a kriya set that works on the thyroid, parathyroid and throat chakra.
