Unending Warmth

Having a meditation and yoga practice will allow me to move with the inevitable changing circumstance of the human experience.

Meditation helps the practitioner to have a relationship with the part of the self that is unchanging, so when environments and circumstances inevitably change I can use the pressure to grow instead of contract.

In this class practice a short and relaxing yoga set, followed by 22 minutes of chanting for the crown chakra.

This session combines Wahe Guru Kriya with the Nao Nidh meditation to awaken your inner prosperity and stabilize your energy in grace. We use the rhythmic power of Wahe Guru to clear mental noise, strengthen the nervous system, and align you with a higher frequency of trust and guidance. The session ends with Nao Nidh - calling in the “nine treasures” as a lived state: steadiness, support, and the kind of abundance that arrives when you’re consistent, humble, and radiant. You’ll leave feeling clear, protected, and magnetized.
