In this class, practice a series of kriyas that can be used as a daily prosperity practice.
It features a three-exercize set to optimize the entire glandular and energetic system; It includes a back-bend, a shoulder stand modification and a life-nerve stretch.
Then practice the clsssic pranayam, "Panj Graani."
And the "Gian Chakra" Kriya to finish.
