Class Description

We will practice a series of meditations leading up to solstice that use particular eye focus mudras to help the pituitary secrete in a specific way to integrate the energy meant for us to move through the solstice period with ease, grace, and power.

In This Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class:

-Become more relaxed.

-A fast-paced and powerful yoga set to invigorate the thymus gland at the heart center.

-Continue to open ourselves to receive the solstice energy by using the mantra "HAR," set to drums and a powerful arm position.
