Class Description
SAT NARAYAN mantra is a command of the water element, in your own sphere and the whole elemental force. Narayan refers to the spotless blue and is a major purification. Narayan purifies you in all the 10 aspects of your psyche (10 bodies). A person with the lowest self-esteem can be majestic by chanting Sat Narayan.
If there is malnourishment of the chakra system in the 10 bodies, then the sound current can penetrate into the spaces where you have lapses in your system. Mantras help get the nutrients into the chakra system. When chakras are balanced, you make good decisions, you feel good about yourself, you feel in service to something bigger than yourself, and you feel in self-reference. You are not white-knuckling to make things happen; it's a circulation of energy that is holistic.
