The need is heavy on the planet right now for remedies such as Kundalini Yoga, and you can use the Addiction Meditation and Kriya For Metabolism to not only improve your own personal health but to also serve humanity.

Anybody can come to this practice and in seconds have a massive shift. Mind, body, and Spirit. It’s for mass consumption. There is no barrier to entry.

Everyone is looking for one thing. To feel better.  You're looking to feel better and to blow off some steam.

Get some appreciation for yourself and the complexities. Start to have some friendliness with ourselves, and then with each other, and that’s the basis of an enlighted society.

17:12. tune in (17:13). Begin with Fists of Anger and  Addiction Meditation (24:43)
Activate metabolism and balance the third Chakras. (30:15). Go into a 10 min Pranayama. (51:00) then continue with a physical Kundalini Practice starting with Stretch Pose.  Meditation using Ek Ong Kar, Sat Gur Prasad (1:06:50) to reverse negativity. To bring prosperity.
