This is a deeply restorative session to harmonize your entire system and evoke your natural vitality. This session weaves together ancient Kundalini techniques to support every layer of your being.
We’ll begin with movement and practices to clear the lymphatic system, encouraging gentle detoxification and a sense of lightness throughout the body. Flowing spinal movements will help circulate spinal fluid, nourishing the nervous system and supporting clarity and resilience.
Next, you’ll be guided through pranayam specifically chosen to brighten the face and awaken your inner radiance. Feel your energy lift and your features soften as fresh prana infuses every cell.
The heart of the class features the powerful “Breath of 10” meditation, a practice known to remove disease and promote deep healing. With each conscious breath, you’ll clear stagnation and invite in new vitality.
We’ll close with a profoundly relaxing meditation for the liver, allowing your body’s center of purification to rest and renew. This gentle, nurturing finish helps release stored tension and emotional residue, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and deeply integrated.

This kriya is a practice working on the digestive system and eliminatory energy. We're focusing on more than eliminating more than just the physical. We end with a very powerful pranayam meditation to experience your original self. Today's class is along the lines of a kundalini+yin practice.

Practice a short, cleansing physical yoga set to clear the physical and energetic space. Then move into a powerful breath and visualization meditation to clear karmas and old energies, Trishula Kriya, one of the meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan as crucial to the shift into the Aquarian Age.

This is the main objective of a Meditation and Yoga practice.

This class contains a short and vigorous Yoga set, followed by a meditation using the moon center at the chin to experience the moon's energy, on this Monday.

A miracle is a little glimpse beyond the veils of a gift that I can harvest or sew a seed with movement, mantra, and conscious  breathing. I can integrate and embody miraculous happenings into my body.

With the Jai Te Gang mantra, I can cut through doubt, illusions and delusions in the mind, often imposed from the outside, and reorganize the thought forms into ones that benefit me and those around me, and imposed by me.

In this class, practice a fun and expansive Yoga set with the classic and whimsical recording of "Sat Nam Wahe Guru"

And a pranic meditation for the front of the brain and oceanic expansion.

A deep truth that I can come home to is this: Life is better when I have a practice. Life is but a dream, and I need to have a way to know whether or not i'm in the dream world or the real world - the dream world being the world where everybody else is telling me who I am, where i'm going, and what I should be doing. My practice allows me to create the world that I want to be in. On the moon days, the water element is more available to refresh my energetic systems. Its important to know what is real.

Understanding ourselves with absolute, simple clarity is the call for this eclipse season. The Scorpio new moon has the potential to transform our view of the world in powerful ways. The trick is to remain in a space of truly sober observation of the Self.

New moon in Cancer calls on our need to bring things closer to the home. All of the noise in the atmosphere, no matter how relevant, carries the potential to distract you and take you away from the things in life that are most important. Without a quiet and careful sense of stability and truth within, our power escapes us into obscurity.
