Fill the Temple with High Frequency

Meditation to Balance with Sacred Sound Code

With the foundation of the Temple laid, it’s time to turn the lights on. Meditate for 11 minutes with the sacred sounds that charge the universe itself: EK ONG KAR to consecrate the sacred space you’re cultivating.

Reciting Long Ek Ong Kar, an 8-part ashtang mantra, balances the chakras, aligns your personal soul with Universal consciousness and provides the energetic foundation to build and expand in prosperity.

With the New Moon in Libra, the cosmic scales are supporting you to create balance within and without. As yogis, we utilize the energy at play to create positive shifts in our lives in the most efficient manner. Balancing the chakras energetically resonates through your entire being, bringing balance to the mind, the emotions, the psyche, your relationships, and your life— which are creating the temple you reside in at all times.

When these are balanced, your consciousness harmonizes with the universal consciousness, which brings you into rhythm with the humming, pulsating, prosperous pulse and flow of the Universe.

Practice this meditation for 11 minutes (or 31, or 62 if you are inspired to go longer) daily. The sounds will reverberate and tune the energy centers of your inner temple, as well as the physical space you choose to practice in.

When chanting, following these instructions to optimize this meditation:

“Chant from the navel in a 2 1/2 breath cycle. Ek Ong Kaar – Sat Naam Siree – Wah-hay Guroo. Each sound vibrates and integrates a different chakra within the aura. Ek is very short, as when we split the atom, releasing a humongous amount of energy from the first chakra. Ong is vibrated from the second chakra, resonating through the nostrils to experience the conch of the third eye. Kaar is vibrated from the navel.

Take another deep inhale and chant Sat Naam Siree. Sat is short, coming abruptly from the navel, pulling up the diaphragm. Naam is very long and resonates through the heart. Siree is the greatest of all powers, the Shakti, and is chanted with the last bit of breath. It is pulled from the navel and up through the neck lock. Then take a short breath and chant Wah-hay Guroo. Wah-hay and Guroo are released through the top of the head.”
