Transformation Dwells Here

Meditation to Train Your Mind

Train your mind to welcome change. Weave a force-field of divine surrender all around you.

One of the only constants in this human lifetime is change. If we can be certain of one thing, we can be certain that change is inevitable. The undirected mind innately fears change. How do I know I will be safe? How do I know I will be happy? How do I know it will all work out? There's a fight or flight, beautifully human desire that begs us to stay close to the familiar, to stay as safe and comfortable as possible.

But the expanded mind knows that change is growth. Now, recognize that all transformation is great change. We WANT the transformation, which means we need to learn to strengthen the muscle and our receptivity to welcome change with open arms. The fear comes from our mind's narrow comprehension of how incredible our realities can become. Even our grandest vision is small in comparison to the vastness of infinity. It’s in the release of this fear that love can prevail, welcoming all changes as the seeds for the transformation you await.

Practice this meditation to free your mind of any doubt and regain the full potency of your radiance. Shift the frequency of the mind to an elevation that sees the beauty of potential in all change. Surrender to the power of your soul, remembering that the magic lies in the unknown, in the unforeseen, and the uncharted.

Believe that your story will unfold even greater than you can possibly imagine. Welcome each season of transformation with gratitude and wonder.

The Power of the Seventh Rib

Yoga: Harness Your Lifeforce

All the creativity of humanity is based in the seventh rib. When the ribs and diaphragm are out of alignment, you leak a third of your life force. Think of the Scorpio energy available  as the sails on the boat of transformation -- spread wide,  waiting for wind to fill the sails and move the ship forward. Your life force IS that wind. Your life force is what propels you forward in a positive, fulfilling, enjoyable direction.

The focus of this Kriya is to adjust the seventh rib by striking the ribcage with power through the movement. This re-alignment will lay the foundation for you to reclaim all of the energy and creativity that is yours to use. The activation of this full capacity of life force positions you to be limitless, to be fearless.

As you awaken the dormant power within you, you fully engage the totality of your magnetic field. This illuminates your projective power into the world around you. From this place, you can start to recognize and move from your full caliber of excellence. By adjusting the physical body with your own force, you are creating the environment where your energy can harmonize and move optimally and fully through you.

With the force of the movement staying steady and strong, the breath must also synchronize to this caliber. The heaviness of the movement creates a powerful breath of a fire. Focus diligently on the breath touching and moving the heavens. Get the cosmos to work for you, to support you,  through your breath.

Use this track when practicing.

The Ecosystem of Your Temple

Orchestrate your Existence

One of the most powerful things a woman can do is learn to seek the support she needs to truly thrive. If you want to expand and elevate, rather than doing more, learn to see what can be taken off your plate and delegated elsewhere to free up space for you to do what you’re meant to. When a woman does this, she resumes her rightful place as the subtle director of her reality, and her auric ecosystem that not only contains her, but her community, her family, her friends, her mission.

Investing in support is an investment in you to allow you fulfill what you came to deliver in this lifetime. In this session with Kundalini Yogi teacher, artist of householding, and yogic mama, Nam Satya, discover how to break open your beliefs about needing to do it all on your own, and get out of your own way so you and everyone and everything you hold in your aura can truly thrive in a healthy ecosystem.

Nam Satya is a teacher and forever student of yogic lifestyle and spirituality. Dedication to the lineage of Kundalini Yoga, and how it helps to improve the overall quality of everyday life is at the core of Nam Satya’s mission, as well as guiding mothers through pregnancy, birth and motherhood, feeling connected to their sovereignty and led by their intuitive Self.

Nam Satya lives in Mallorca and teaches Kundalini Yoga online and at RA MA Institute. She is also the founder of Nam Satya CO, a conscious clothing and lifestyle brand, and is the lead teacher of Mothers Divine Course and the DEEPER STUDIES course.

Fill the Temple with High Frequency

Meditation to Balance with Sacred Sound Code

With the foundation of the Temple laid, it’s time to turn the lights on. Meditate for 11 minutes with the sacred sounds that charge the universe itself: EK ONG KAR to consecrate the sacred space you’re cultivating.

Reciting Long Ek Ong Kar, an 8-part ashtang mantra, balances the chakras, aligns your personal soul with Universal consciousness and provides the energetic foundation to build and expand in prosperity.

With the New Moon in Libra, the cosmic scales are supporting you to create balance within and without. As yogis, we utilize the energy at play to create positive shifts in our lives in the most efficient manner. Balancing the chakras energetically resonates through your entire being, bringing balance to the mind, the emotions, the psyche, your relationships, and your life— which are creating the temple you reside in at all times.

When these are balanced, your consciousness harmonizes with the universal consciousness, which brings you into rhythm with the humming, pulsating, prosperous pulse and flow of the Universe.

Practice this meditation for 11 minutes (or 31, or 62 if you are inspired to go longer) daily. The sounds will reverberate and tune the energy centers of your inner temple, as well as the physical space you choose to practice in.

When chanting, following these instructions to optimize this meditation:

“Chant from the navel in a 2 1/2 breath cycle. Ek Ong Kaar – Sat Naam Siree – Wah-hay Guroo. Each sound vibrates and integrates a different chakra within the aura. Ek is very short, as when we split the atom, releasing a humongous amount of energy from the first chakra. Ong is vibrated from the second chakra, resonating through the nostrils to experience the conch of the third eye. Kaar is vibrated from the navel.

Take another deep inhale and chant Sat Naam Siree. Sat is short, coming abruptly from the navel, pulling up the diaphragm. Naam is very long and resonates through the heart. Siree is the greatest of all powers, the Shakti, and is chanted with the last bit of breath. It is pulled from the navel and up through the neck lock. Then take a short breath and chant Wah-hay Guroo. Wah-hay and Guroo are released through the top of the head.”
