This meditation works very intensely to clear & open the heart space so that we have the base of compassion to understand the totality of who we are.
 Work with the Jupiter finger and make a triangle effort towards this love space by inhaling all you need, and exhaling any weaknesses & deficiencies.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Every time you do this meditation, drink lemon water and then rinse your teeth to seal the effects the following morning.

In today’s Superboost we discussed optimal tongue placement for Ard Kachari Kriya. We combined the Wake-Up Set to ground and stabilize the auric field with the Kriya to purify the self, thus creating a clear and protected field, one optimized for reception, and decisive, directed action.

Pisces, the dreamer, the mystic, the innocent; the third water sign so changeable can be hard to pin down. On one hand, Pisces is highly creative and empathetic, able to channel their emotions into art — Pisces wants to connect – and ultimately they want to connect to source and all that there is. But Planetary ruler Neptune represents disillusionment, escape and fantasy. Leading us to ask, what is really real and what can we hold on to? Our study session will cover the nature of this dynamic sign and planet, the Pisces/Virgo polarity that asks us to let go of perfection and to strive for unconditional love, and what can happen as we attune to the greatest heights and depths of our capacity.
