Your Trance-Mission
Class Description
You are on a trance-mission. You’re either trancing yourself into something enjoyable or you're not. In this session, Guru Jagat goes deep into the power of your perspective, the Mendela effect, artificial intelligence, and more. Learn why your job in your trance-mission is to create the subconscious trance in a way that works better for you. This is done by changing our daily habits, which becomes our trance.
Then discover the power of eye movement in Kundalini Yoga, and how it can either help to lock your mindstream in a conscious direction or release certain subconscious patterns. Finish with an exercise for eye strain.
