Equinoxes are the most important days of your life. Create your time spaces quarterly by the Equinoxes and the Solstices, then add in the lunar calendar then the time-space will move differently through you. The Roman calendar does not portion off time in an Aquarian Age way. You can relate to your mind differently because the mind is the greatest time-space machine. Work with the capacity of the 84 facets of the mind then you can change your perception of reality. You have 84 gears so if one isn’t working for you, shift gears. Why don’t we do it? Because we don’t have enough energy. Kundalini yoga will give you that energy.

If you want to become a sophisticate of the mind, you learn to create new patterns/grooves so you can change gears quickly. You can do this by increasing your neuron velocity through meditation.

Nobody’s memory can be trusted. That’s what most people fight about. Why are the same experiences perceived so differently? Because each person runs it through their perceptive grids that are so different. Then they fight about it. Work with those facets so you can be happier and the people around you can be happy too. You can get out of fear and depression and your incarnation becomes more fun.

Humans are intensely beautiful in spirit and impressively, stunningly resilient. Amplify your inherent courage and positive yearning with mantras and meditation.

Interestingly, yogis identified 108 elements (close to the Western periodic 118). The key point with the tattvas, or elements, is that they are real "substances" (for lack of a better word) that affect you. We live in a physical universe: your environments & the material around you affects you & your body & mind & spirit. Just as you would think of navigating timespace with regard to elements when interacting with any kind of material substance, the elements need to be in balance or you're going to go off. It's like if you're cooking--if there's too much heat, the food will burn. Or too much water, it'll be soupy, etc. Everything needs to be in balance in your body & around you literally, specifically the tattvas (5 primary elements). Mantras help balance these, some work specifically on this (like "Sa Ta Na Ma").

Sound affects the air as it travels in wave form, so it's great to play mantras 24/7 so your space can be infused with the sound and feel sacred, special and cozy for you. Plus, the vibrations go out into the planet and raise the frequency of the whole planet.

You HAVE to plan for things going wrong. Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. One can never be overprepared. Ideally, you should never be caught without a plan (and there are usually good precedents for plans if you do your research).

Planning for many potential changes in procedure. Taking responsibility for what you can. It feels great to be, as the Girl Scouts say, “always prepared,” and there’s a wonderful feeling of victory that accompanies knowing you at least tried to prevent major issues.

As yogis, we know that you prepare for parenthood for 3 lifetimes. Passing down practical skills of perseverance and grit to your kids. “There is a way through every block.”
