In the days before Winter Solstice 2019, Guru Jagat continues to provide guidance and understanding of what it will take to enter the Aquarian age. In her insightful dharma talk, she clarifies the opportunity for practitioners to make a difference in the world. Yoga and Meditation to follow. The session includes short partner practice, which can be done solo. But if you have a partner ready to partake, invite them to our Enrich session!
