This is a flame -- an internal flame-- that you can engage and regulate.
There's a heat generated inside the body-- an internal flame. This fire-- the hearth of the body-- regulates and processes all that is brought in. It digests and metabolizes not only food, but also every thought and anything coming in through the senses-- what you see, hear, smell, touch, taste, AND think. All that you consume needs to be digested and used or eliminated by this central fire.
When your body's central flame is adjusted to its optimal heat, your digestion capacity of all is be increased. This gives you more time, space, and energy to enjoy all that there is to enjoy, and spend less time, energy, and attention on things that don't matter, things that are not moving you in the direction you want to go.
